Eastern Province governor praises Hafar Al-Batin Chamber’s economic strengths

Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, received the chairman and board members of the Hafar Al-Batin Chamber of Commerce at his office today to review the Chamber’s activities and programs.

The governor praised Hafar Al-Batin’s economic and investment potential, noting the region’s growing activity across various sectors. He stressed the importance of continuing to highlight available investment opportunities, especially in the livestock sector, which he described as a key economic driver that strengthens the governorate’s position as a major center for this industry and contributes to supporting and diversifying the national economy.

Salman bin Hassan Al-Aqeel, chairman of the Hafar Al-Batin Chamber, said the Chamber has continued to implement its programs and initiatives by organizing economic and investment forums, workshops, and training courses, as well as strengthening partnerships with public and private entities. He added that these efforts have helped develop the business environment, nurture national talent, support entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises, and promote social responsibility.

Al-Aqeel affirmed the Chamber’s commitment to being an active partner in Hafar Al-Batin’s development by attracting investment opportunities and empowering youth for the job market, contributing to a more robust and sustainable local economy that meets leadership’s aspirations and enhances the governorate’s appeal as an investment destination.

He also expressed his gratitude to the Eastern Province governor for his ongoing support, emphasizing that his guidance motivates the Chamber to further develop its initiatives and strengthen its role in supporting the local economy and achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
