The National Center of Meteorology, in its weather report for Monday, 13 Safar 1448 AH (corresponding to July 27, 2026), forecast active surface winds stirring dust and sand over parts of Riyadh and the Eastern Province, as well as the coastal areas of Tabuk.

The report added that suspended dust will continue to affect western and southwestern parts of the Kingdom, while the chance remains for thunderstorms accompanied by hail and strong winds over parts of Jazan and Asir.

Over the Arabian Gulf, surface winds will be northwesterly to westerly at 10–30 km/h on the northern and central parts, reaching up to 38 km/h in the north. In the evening, winds will shift to southwesterly to northwesterly at 10–25 km/h on the southern part. Wave heights are expected between half a meter and one and a half meters on the northern and central parts, and between half a meter and one meter on the southern part. Sea conditions will be light to moderate on the northern and central parts, and light on the southern part.
