Muslim World League condemns drone attack on Saudi East-West pipeline

The Muslim World League has strongly condemned the targeting of the East-West pipeline in the Riyadh and Madinah regions of Saudi Arabia by several drones launched from Iraq.

Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the Muslim World League and Chairman of the Association of Muslim Scholars, stated that these criminal and treacherous attacks violate religious values as well as international and humanitarian laws and norms.

Al-Issa, speaking on behalf of the League's organizations, bodies, global councils, and all Muslim peoples under its umbrella, reaffirmed full solidarity with Saudi Arabia in all measures it takes to deter aggressors and to safeguard its security, sovereignty, and the safety of its citizens and residents.

He prayed for God to protect Saudi Arabia—its land, leadership, and people—from all harm and evil.
