King Abdulaziz Airport aquarium awarded Saudi Arabia’s first wildlife display license

The National Center for Wildlife has granted King Abdulaziz International Airport Aquarium the first license for a wildlife display center in Saudi Arabia, in a move aimed at enhancing the regulation and sustainability of wildlife experiences.

The center stated that this initiative is part of ongoing efforts to improve the quality of visitor experiences and raise awareness about the importance of marine ecosystems.

It added that the license supports the Kingdom’s vision for wildlife conservation by developing display centers and implementing high standards in the management of native species.
