Sixth Hajj Conference and Exhibition to be held in Jeddah in November 2026

Under the patronage of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, in cooperation with the Guests of God Service Program—one of the Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives—will organize the sixth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition. The event will be held from 28 Jumada Al-Awwal to 1 Jumada Al-Thani 1448 AH, corresponding to November 8 to 11, 2026, in Jeddah. More than 520 entities from government, private, and non-profit sectors, both locally and internationally, as well as decision-makers from across these sectors, are expected to participate.

The conference reflects the leadership’s ongoing commitment to serving pilgrims and is part of the Kingdom’s efforts to enhance and develop Hajj services in line with the objectives of Vision 2030 and the Guests of God Service Program. It serves as a key milestone in the early preparations for the 1448 AH Hajj season, bringing together relevant organizations to finalize contracts, discuss operational and regulatory matters, showcase solutions and initiatives, build partnerships, and raise readiness for the season.

The Hajj Conference and Exhibition is a global platform that gathers leaders, decision-makers, and specialists from around the world to share solutions and best practices and exchange expertise. The event will focus on three main tracks: infrastructure and operational services (including transport and logistics, infrastructure and facility management, accommodation and hospitality, catering and nutrition); empowerment and integration (covering security and safety, healthcare, media and communications, technology and innovation); and sustainable development (addressing the third sector, entrepreneurship, training and development, and enriching the pilgrims’ experience).

Alongside the conference, a specialized exhibition dedicated to Hajj services will be held over an area exceeding 67,000 square meters, featuring participants and service providers from more than 150 countries. The exhibition will bring together specialized communities, including leaders, Hajj affairs offices, service providers, as well as representatives from aviation, transport, hospitality, health, infrastructure, technology, innovation, workforce, investment, and business development sectors.

These communities will be activated through specialized forums, panel discussions, roundtables, workshops, business meetings, and platforms for launching initiatives, agreements, and showcasing solutions and innovations. This approach aims to enhance integration across the sector, foster partnerships, and improve the quality of services provided to pilgrims.

The previous edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition attracted a large turnout, with more than 204,000 visitors and 270 exhibitors from over 150 countries. It featured 134 specialized sessions and workshops, and over 2,600 trainees from around the world benefited from its training programs.
