UK reaffirms support for Saudi Arabia against Houthi attacks

UK Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband said that Britain stands firmly alongside Saudi Arabia in confronting Houthi attacks targeting the Kingdom.

According to a statement from the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the call addressed regional developments. At the start of the conversation, the British minister reiterated his country’s solidarity with Saudi Arabia following the attacks launched by the Houthi militia, affirming the Kingdom’s right to take necessary measures to defend its security and resources in accordance with international law.
