As part of its efforts to support investors and operators in the tourism sector, the Ministry of Tourism has introduced a service allowing tourism establishments in both the private and non-profit sectors to pay financial fines in installments. This initiative is in line with Cabinet Decision No. 105 and follows the financial penalty installment regulations approved by the Ministry of Finance, enabling eligible establishments to apply for installment plans for outstanding fines, subject to approved terms and conditions.

In a statement, the ministry said the service is part of its ongoing efforts to support investors and operators in the tourism industry by providing a flexible option to settle financial obligations, thereby enhancing compliance with regulations and supporting the continuity of tourism businesses.

The ministry explained that applications for installment plans will be accepted from October 13 until December 31, 2026. Requirements include proof that the fine has been officially imposed, submission of the application using the approved form with justifications for the installment request, a declaration, and all required documents. Applicants must also provide a statement of existing financial obligations, bank statements from all banks for the 12 months prior to the application date, and the most recent annual financial statements certified by a licensed auditor, if available.

The ministry emphasized that all installment requests will be reviewed by the Ministry of Finance, which will make decisions according to the established rules and regulations. It also noted that submitting an application does not guarantee automatic approval for the installment plan.

The Ministry of Tourism urged establishments wishing to benefit from the service to review its details, requirements, and approved forms, and to submit their applications through the ministry’s official website.
