Musaned outlines process for ending domestic worker contracts

The Musaned platform has clarified the procedure for ending the service of a domestic worker, outlining the employer's obligations in such cases.

The platform emphasized that the domestic worker's wages and all entitlements must be paid within one week of the end of service.

Employers are entitled to deduct any outstanding debts from the amounts owed to the worker upon termination of service.

If the domestic worker terminates the employment contract, their entitlements must be settled within two weeks.
