EU condemns recent Iranian attacks on Saudi Arabia and regional states

The European Union has strongly condemned recent Iranian attacks targeting Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan, and the United Arab Emirates.

In its statement, the EU expressed deep condemnation of the attacks on Saudi commercial vessels transiting the Strait of Hormuz, stressing that such actions constitute a blatant violation of international law.

The EU called for urgent de-escalation and full compliance with UN Security Council Resolution 2817, urging all parties to refrain from any measures that could threaten regional security and stability or undermine efforts toward a peaceful and lasting resolution of conflicts.
