Comprehensive veterinary services boost falcon safety at 2026 International Auction

The National Center for Wildlife Development is offering a comprehensive range of specialized veterinary services to enhance the health and safety of falcons during the 2026 International Falcon Farms Auction. The event, organized by the center at its headquarters in Malham, north of Riyadh, brings together local and international breeding farms.

Over a period of 21 days, the center will allocate facilities for veterinary service providers to meet the needs of participating falcons and keep pace with advances in diagnostic and veterinary care. This includes comprehensive examinations to assess each falcon’s health and determine its treatment requirements.

Services also include diagnostic imaging using digital radiography to detect injuries and conditions requiring precise diagnosis, as well as endoscopy and laparoscopy for advanced examination of cases needing specialized intervention.

The program further covers blood tests and screenings for viruses and bacteria, helping to determine the falcon’s health status and detect diseases at early stages. A specialized medical team and state-of-the-art equipment support all diagnostic and care processes.

These services provide comprehensive veterinary care for falcons participating in the auction, raising their health standards and improving the quality of services offered to farms, falconers, and participants.

The International Falcon Farms Auction brings together breeders, falconers, and buyers in a specialized environment, allowing farms to showcase their birds in dedicated pavilions and participate in live competitive auctions. Buyers can choose from a variety of breeds and outstanding stock, with additional sections dedicated to falconry supplies.
