The sixth edition of the Hajj Conference, to be held in Jeddah from November 8 to 11, 2026, under the theme "From Makkah to the World," will feature more than 15 main zones and programs. This will enable Hajj offices, service providers, and various organizations to complete their arrangements and prepare early for the 1448H Hajj season.

The conference is organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in cooperation with the Guests of God Service Program, part of Saudi Vision 2030. It continues the Kingdom’s commitment to serving pilgrims and is part of ongoing efforts to develop and enhance the quality of Hajj services and raise readiness for the upcoming season.

The conference will focus on three main tracks: The first addresses infrastructure and operational services, covering transport and logistics, facilities management, accommodation and hospitality, and catering. The empowerment and integration track will focus on security and safety, healthcare, media and communication, and technology and innovation. The development and sustainability track will cover the nonprofit sector, entrepreneurship, training and development, and enriching the pilgrim experience.

The "Hajj Council" will provide a platform for executives, specialists, researchers, entrepreneurs, and innovators to discuss Hajj services and best practices. The sixth edition aims to attract more than 2,400 participants across 32 sessions featuring 42 speakers, in addition to specialized workshops focused on knowledge transfer, capacity building, and showcasing practical solutions in various service fields. For the first time, a "Awareness and Training Forum" will be held to explore awareness tools, staff qualification, and improving content quality for pilgrims.

Innovation will be highlighted through the "Leadership and Innovation Zone" dedicated to new initiatives and solutions, a hackathon area bringing together programmers, developers, and innovators to tackle service challenges, the "Future of Hajj Innovations Camp," and a technology hub showcasing digital solutions and modern technologies to enhance the pilgrim experience.

The conference will also feature a "Business Center" for meetings, contract finalizations, and agreement signings among participating entities, alongside a special meeting for heads of Hajj offices to discuss operational, organizational, and logistical arrangements for the upcoming season. Previous editions of the conference have resulted in more than 1,850 agreements to provide services to pilgrims.

Attendees and visitors will benefit from specialized zones in various fields: the Health Oasis will bring together government agencies, service providers, and health companies; the Technology Oasis will showcase digital solutions; the Aviation Oasis will host regulators, airlines, and mobility service providers; and the Media Oasis will offer a space for media organizations and communication professionals to present initiatives and best practices in serving pilgrims.

Additional areas will include the "Labaitum" pavilion, the Partners Platform, the Experts Volunteer Forum, "Made in Saudi," and the conference’s Lens Studio, which will host officials and specialists and document initiatives and outcomes throughout the event. The accompanying exhibition will span over 67,000 square meters, with participation from more than 520 organizations across government, private, and nonprofit sectors, both locally and internationally, and attendees from over 150 countries.

The conference will also honor innovators with several awards, including the "Creatives Award," which highlights unique ideas and explores their application in serving pilgrims, and the "Labaitum Award," which recognizes outstanding organizations and Hajj missions for service quality.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has invited organizations, stakeholders, and specialists to register and participate in the sixth Hajj Conference and Exhibition, and to benefit from its diverse programs and activities through the conference’s official website.
