Jawazat opens 992 hotline for 'Absher Visitor Travel' inquiries

The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) has enabled beneficiaries of the 'Absher Visitor Travel' service—arriving through all Saudi land border crossings, including citizens of Gulf Cooperation Council countries and other visitors—to submit inquiries via the unified hotline (992), where their questions will be answered and necessary support provided.

Jawazat explained that this initiative is part of the Ministry of Interior's efforts to enhance the quality of electronic services offered to visitors to the Kingdom, improve their experience, and facilitate their entry procedures at land borders.
