Hajj and Umrah Ministry launches digital integration portal

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched the "Integration Portal" as a unified digital solution for managing and coordinating integration with government and private sector entities at both local and international levels. The initiative aims to unify the digital integration journey with ministry services, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen data exchange governance, supporting the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Guests of God Service Program.

The ministry explained that the portal is designed to organize integration processes and standardize procedures within a unified framework, covering risk assessment, cybersecurity requirements, data-sharing agreements, as well as technical connectivity and data exchange procedures. This approach boosts integration reliability, improves operational quality, and accelerates processes between the ministry and its partners. The Integration Portal also provides a single access point for partners to connect with the ministry’s digital services, explore APIs, submit integration requests, manage access permissions, and track requests and reports through a unified experience that enhances efficiency and digital integration governance.

The ministry noted that the portal saves time and effort for partner organizations by enabling them to fulfill and monitor integration requirements through a single digital platform until the connection process is complete. This contributes to faster launch of joint services, reduces repetitive procedures, increases transparency, and improves the quality and continuity of digital services.

The ministry affirmed that the launch of the Integration Portal marks a significant step forward in developing the digital infrastructure and unifying integration management with various entities, thereby enhancing the reliability of data exchange within the Hajj and Umrah ecosystem.
