Palestinian official voices support for Saudi Arabia in call with foreign minister

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah received a phone call from Hussein Al-Sheikh, Deputy President of the State of Palestine.

During the conversation, they discussed recent developments in the region. Al-Sheikh expressed Palestine’s unequivocal condemnation of any aggression targeting the security and stability of Saudi Arabia, and affirmed Palestine’s support for all measures taken by the Kingdom to safeguard its security and territorial integrity.

The call also addressed the situation in the Palestinian territories and ongoing efforts to secure the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, including the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital.
