Public Prosecution launches unified hotline 1985 to improve services

Saudi Arabia’s Public Prosecutor, Dr. Khalid Al-Yousef, today launched the Public Prosecution’s unified hotline (1985) in Riyadh, a move aimed at facilitating communication with beneficiaries and enhancing the quality of services provided.

The new hotline offers a direct communication channel for beneficiaries, providing support, answering inquiries, and making it easier to access various Public Prosecution services. The call center operates in both Arabic and English to meet the needs of both citizens and residents.

A statement from the Public Prosecution explained that the launch of the unified number is part of efforts to support the objectives of the Institutional Transformation Program, aiming to improve the beneficiary experience and enhance service quality.
