The second edition of the International Social Responsibility Forum concluded in Riyadh on Tuesday evening, attended by several ministers, as well as leading CEOs, experts, specialists, and decision-makers in the field of social responsibility at both local and international levels.

Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi emphasized that the forum’s patronage by King Salman and the support and follow-up from Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman reflect the Kingdom’s commitment to advancing social responsibility, fostering innovation and dialogue, and achieving leadership in this field, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

He noted that the forum contributed to forging fruitful partnerships that open new horizons and promising opportunities to enhance cooperation in social responsibility, supporting efforts to build a sustainable society and a more prosperous future.

At the conclusion of the forum, the minister called on participants and attendees to continue dialogue and joint action to help shape a future based on sustainable practices and maximizing the impact of social responsibility.

The two-day forum brought together more than 3,000 participants and over 100 speakers from various countries, featuring more than 40 specialized sessions and discussions with the participation of government and executive leaders, investors, academics, experts, specialists, and representatives of civil society.

The forum addressed six strategic themes: strategy and integration; climate, nature, and just transition; workforce, talent management, and social impact; responsible innovation; digital transformation and corporate social responsibility; and governance, trust, and standards. It also showcased international experiences and practices aimed at moving social responsibility from commitment to measurable, tangible impact.

The forum also featured the Corporate Social Responsibility Award ceremony, honoring several companies that have successfully translated their commitments in this field into measurable and tangible results, thereby promoting effective institutional practices and a culture of impact measurement.

The forum is part of the Kingdom’s efforts to strengthen and institutionalize social responsibility practices, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, and reflects Saudi Arabia’s growing stature and role in supporting international dialogue and the exchange of expertise in this area.
