Jazan deputy governor inspects Al-Ardah overlook project, visits hot spring

Nasser bin Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Jalawi, Deputy Governor of Jazan Region, inspected the development project at the Al-Ardah overlook and reviewed the progress and stages of implementation.

During the tour, he received a briefing from Jazan Mayor Yahya Al-Ghazwani on the project's components, development plans, completion rates, and ongoing works, all aimed at leveraging the governorate’s natural and tourism assets.

The deputy governor emphasized the importance of developing parks and recreational areas to enhance the site’s appeal and improve the quality of public facilities, in line with the highest standards. He noted that these efforts would boost quality of life, improve the urban landscape, and provide an attractive tourism and leisure environment for residents and visitors.

He also visited the hot spring in Al-Ardah governorate and toured the site.

During the visit, he was briefed on the current state of the hot spring and the opportunities for its development and rehabilitation, which would help maximize its benefits, enhance the urban environment, and offer a recreational destination for locals and tourists.

He stressed the importance of utilizing the site’s natural features to improve quality of life and support tourism development in the governorate.
