Absher tops government digital platforms in 2026 digital maturity index

The Ministry of Interior’s Absher digital platform has secured the top spot in the 2026 Digital Experience Maturity Index, released by the Digital Government Authority. This marks the second consecutive year Absher has ranked first, achieving an overall score of 94.38 percent. The index measures digital maturity across four main criteria: user satisfaction, user experience, complaint handling, and the use of technologies and tools.

Absher scored 95.14 percent for user satisfaction, 94.18 percent for user experience, and 95.70 percent for complaint handling.

The Digital Experience Maturity Index is an annual benchmark developed by the Digital Government Authority to assess the maturity of digital experiences on government platforms and support their development, aiming to enhance the quality of digital services and improve user experience.

Absher’s leading position for a second year reflects the ongoing advancement of its digital services and its commitment to quality and efficiency standards, reinforcing its role in supporting Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation journey.
