AI tools should support, not replace, human intelligence: academic

Dr. Albandari Alsumait, Dean of E-Learning at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, said that artificial intelligence tools should serve as aids rather than substitutes for human intelligence.

Speaking in an interview with Al Ekhbariya TV, she emphasized the importance of using AI tools properly and responsibly across various fields.

Alsumait noted that AI tools can provide students with feedback tailored to their educational level, and can also be utilized in scientific research for literature review, result verification, and data analysis, all while maintaining academic integrity.
