Hajj ministry outlines five steps for a seamless Umrah journey

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has outlined five key measures to facilitate a smooth and spiritually enriching Umrah journey for pilgrims.

In a post on X, the ministry said these steps encompass comprehensive efforts and services that support pilgrims throughout every stage of their visit.

The measures include advanced digital solutions, the use of modern technologies to enhance the pilgrim experience, ongoing quality improvements, performance monitoring, compliance, and elevating service standards for a fully integrated journey.

They also involve overseeing the pilgrim’s journey from arrival to departure, regulating the Umrah sector, establishing relevant systems and policies, preparing qualified personnel, and licensing Umrah service providers.
