The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah stated that to benefit from the visa, each entry requires selecting a service package from an approved provider within the Nusuk platform, and obtaining an Umrah permit via the Nusuk app before arrival, in addition to meeting travel and entry eligibility requirements.
The visa becomes active upon completion of issuance procedures during the first visit, while requirements for each subsequent visit must be fulfilled by selecting a service package and obtaining an Umrah permit before arrival.
However, the visa cannot be used to enter the Kingdom during the Hajj season, from 1 Dhu al-Qi'dah to 13 Dhu al-Hijjah. The multi-entry Umrah visa thus enhances flexibility for visit planning and supports the integration of digital services for pilgrims.
