Political analyst: True Muslims must respect the sanctity of Makkah

Political commentator Hamoud Al-Ruwais stated that anyone claiming to be a Muslim must recognize the sanctity of Makkah, which the Prophet forbade even disturbing its birds—let alone targeting it with explosives and drones.

Speaking in an interview with Al-Ekhbariya TV, he added that the sanctity of Muslim blood being shed in Yemen at the hands of the Houthis is even greater than the sanctity of the holy mosque in Makkah being targeted.

Al-Ruwais also noted that since 1979, the Iranian project has sought to establish militias in every country and manipulate Muslim sentiments with terms such as Hezbollah and Ansar Allah.
