The Transport General Authority has announced that more than 54 million parcels and postal shipments were delivered across Saudi Arabia during the third quarter of 2026. The authority noted continued growth in delivery services, rising demand for e-commerce and logistics, and the sector’s contribution to economic activity.

In its quarterly statistical bulletin, the authority said its performance index for parcel delivery companies—which tracks the number of complaints escalated to the authority—showed varying levels of customer complaints among companies during this period.

Ajex recorded the fewest complaints, with just one, followed by IMile with two. GFS and Naqel each received three complaints. Starlinks and DHL each had four complaints, while RedBox registered five.

Aramex and SPL each saw seven complaints, JDL had eight, and both Smsa and FedEx received eleven complaints each. J&T recorded seventeen complaints, while UPS had the highest number with eighteen complaints during the period.

The authority clarified that escalated complaints are those unresolved by companies within the specified timeframe. Customers first contact the delivery company directly; if the issue is not addressed, the complaint is escalated to the authority via the unified number 19929 or its website. The authority then follows up to ensure necessary actions are taken in accordance with regulations, aiming to improve service quality and strengthen companies’ commitment to customer satisfaction standards.
