The Ministry of Interior has announced the launch of procedures to regularize the status of all Yemeni nationals residing in Saudi Arabia without legal documentation, following directives from King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and in response to a request by Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council Chairman Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi.

The ministry stated that the initiative is being implemented in cooperation with the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Human Resources and Social Development, as well as the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), as part of Saudi Arabia’s ongoing support and solidarity with the Yemeni people.

The Interior Ministry emphasized that eligible Yemenis must hold a valid Yemeni passport to benefit from the regularization process.

The ministry also noted that the start date and specific regulations for the procedures will be announced through the official channels of the General Directorate of Passports and other relevant authorities.
