Saudi Council of Engineers launches development program for engineering firms with Monsha'at

The Saudi Council of Engineers, in partnership with the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha'at), has launched a program to develop the capabilities of engineering offices and companies. The initiative aims to enhance their readiness for growth and competition by tailoring support to their needs and stages of development.

The council explained that the program offers a comprehensive development journey through three main tracks: training, consulting and mentoring, and opportunities and investment. These tracks are designed to strengthen the administrative, operational, financial, and technical capacities of participating firms.

Program tracks and objectives

The training track features specialized courses selected according to the company's needs and growth stage. The consulting and mentoring track provides sessions with experts to address each firm's specific challenges. The opportunities and investment track focuses on preparing participants and connecting them with contractual and investment opportunities with project owners.

The program targets engineering offices and companies at various growth stages, including startups operating for less than four years, promising firms with four to eight years in business, and advanced companies with more than eight years of experience.

Additionally, the program allows participants to benefit from Monsha'at's services and programs, helping them improve their readiness for public and private tenders and access contractual and investment opportunities with project owners.

The initiative builds on the council's ongoing efforts to support the growth of engineering offices and companies. The council has invited eligible firms to register and take advantage of the program's tracks during the designated registration period.
