Saudi Red Crescent boosts emergency readiness on LEAP 2026 routes in Riyadh

The Saudi Red Crescent Authority in Riyadh has strengthened its emergency preparedness on roads leading to the LEAP 2026 exhibition by deploying nine ambulance teams, the rapid response unit "Abya," and the mass casualty response bus "Uhud." This deployment aims to ensure swift response and effective management of emergencies on routes surrounding the exhibition site.

This measure is part of the authority’s plan to support major events in Riyadh and to increase ambulance coverage, enhancing the safety of visitors, participants, and commuters heading to the exhibition.

The Saudi Red Crescent Authority stated that it is utilizing its human resources, field teams, and necessary medical equipment to guarantee rapid handling of emergency calls and to boost the efficiency of ambulance services in both directions on roads to the exhibition.

Additionally, the authority continues to maintain operational readiness around the clock, reflecting its commitment to emergency safety and to supporting the major events and activities hosted in Riyadh.
