Saudi, Jordanian foreign ministers discuss regional developments

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan received a phone call from Jordan's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Ayman Safadi.

According to an official statement from the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs on its X platform account, the two ministers discussed the latest developments in the region and ways to enhance and support joint efforts to maintain regional security and stability, as well as ensure freedom of maritime navigation in accordance with international law.

The statement reiterated condemnation and denunciation of attacks by Iran and its affiliated terrorist militias in Yemen and Iraq against the Kingdom and other countries in the region.
