During the last Hajj season, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah conducted over 105,000 inspections, in cooperation with all relevant authorities. These included pilgrim accommodation facilities, service company headquarters, field service centers, and operational sites related to serving pilgrims, to verify compliance with regulatory and operational requirements and address any issues identified.
These inspection tours are part of a continuous monitoring system aimed at assessing the performance of service providers, ensuring adherence to approved requirements, addressing operational observations, and supporting ongoing improvement efforts to safeguard pilgrims’ rights and enhance their experience throughout their journey.
