The Standing Committee of International Humanitarian Law has signed a memorandum of understanding with Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University to promote awareness of International Humanitarian Law, expand academic research in the field, pave the way for joint training programs and workshops, develop specialized knowledge resources, and build the capacities of national talents.

The agreement, signed at the university’s headquarters by Acting President Dr. Fawzia Al-Amro and the committee Chairman and Saudi Red Crescent Authority President Dr. Jalal Alowaisi, reflects the committee’s commitment to engaging the academic community in advancing national priorities related to International Humanitarian Law.
