Riyadh Municipality implements 350 engineering upgrades to boost school traffic safety

Riyadh Municipality has implemented around 350 engineering upgrades in the vicinity of educational facilities across the city as part of preparations for the new school year.

The efforts focused on increasing readiness around schools and improving access roads, aiming to enhance municipal services and provide a safe, sustainable traffic environment for students, parents, and road users.

The municipality explained that the upgrades included installing traffic safety features, calming traffic speeds, and improving safety for drivers and pedestrians near schools.
