Saudi leaders send condolences to Indonesian president after deadly earthquakes

King Salman bin Abdulaziz sent a cable of condolence and sympathy to Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto over the victims of the earthquakes that struck several regions in Indonesia.

The King said: "We have learned of the earthquakes that struck several areas in the Republic of Indonesia, resulting in deaths and injuries. As we extend to Your Excellency, to the families of the deceased, and to the people of Indonesia our deepest condolences and sincere sympathy, we pray that God grants mercy and forgiveness to the deceased, gives patience and comfort to their families, grants a speedy recovery to the injured, and protects you and the people of Indonesia from all harm. He is All-Hearing and Responsive."

Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman also sent a cable of condolence and sympathy to President Prabowo Subianto over the victims of the earthquakes that struck several regions in Indonesia.

The Crown Prince said: "I received news of the earthquakes that struck several areas in the Republic of Indonesia, resulting in deaths and injuries. I extend to Your Excellency and to the families of the deceased my deepest condolences and sincere sympathy, praying to God for mercy for the deceased and a speedy recovery for the injured. He is All-Hearing and Responsive."
