Muslim World League condemns Iranian attack on Saudi tanker in Hormuz

The Muslim World League, in a statement issued by its General Secretariat, condemned Iran's targeting of the Saudi tanker 'Seder' while it was passing through the Strait of Hormuz, describing the attack as reprehensible and a violation of religious values and international norms.

The League also denounced Iranian attacks against the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the State of Kuwait, affirming its rejection of any actions that undermine the security and sovereignty of these countries.

The Secretary-General of the Muslim World League and Chairman of the Association of Muslim Scholars, Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, reiterated his condemnation of the attacks, emphasizing full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and the affected countries in all measures they take to safeguard their security and sovereignty.

Dr. Al-Issa extended his deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to the leadership and people of Saudi Arabia, as well as to the families of the crew members of the 'Seder' who lost their lives in the attack.
