Institute of Public Administration launches new specialized diploma programs

The Institute of Public Administration, through its Business Center, has announced the launch of several advanced diploma programs in specialized fields. These include a diploma in Real Estate Systems and Legislation, in collaboration with the Saudi Real Estate Institute, and a diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics Management, in partnership with the Saudi Logistics Academy.

The announcement was made during the institute’s orientation events for new diploma students held this week, which also welcomed participants in the third cohort of the Executive Business Administration Advanced Diploma.

Programs meet needs of vital sectors

The institute explained that these new programs are designed to address the growing needs of key sectors in the Kingdom by developing specialized curricula that equip national talent with the skills and knowledge required in the labor market.

The Real Estate Systems and Legislation diploma aims to develop professionals who combine regulatory expertise with practical understanding of the real estate sector, while the Supply Chain and Logistics Management diploma focuses on building specialized skills and enhancing performance in the logistics industry.

Expansion in management and nonprofit programs

The institute continues to offer the Executive Business Administration Advanced Diploma for a third year, which strengthens managerial and leadership capabilities and supports students’ knowledge in strategic planning, financial analysis, risk management, and governance, contributing to improved organizational efficiency and performance.

Additionally, the institute has recently launched an advanced diploma in Nonprofit Organization Management, in partnership with the Al Swaidi Charitable Foundation and with support from the National Center for Nonprofit Sector Development, aiming to train specialized professionals and build capacity in this field.

Diverse pathways and study formats

This week saw the enrollment of new students in the Advanced Diploma in Legal Sciences and other diploma programs offered by the institute, reflecting the variety of training and development tracks available to national professionals in administrative and specialized areas.

The institute is committed to offering diverse pathways and study formats, with some programs held on weekends to accommodate working professionals, while others are conducted during the week, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030 goals to develop human capital and enhance the skills of the national workforce.

Mohammed bin Khalid Al Oqail, CEO of the Business Center, emphasized that investing in people is the foundation of development, highlighting the importance of training programs in building national capabilities and enabling them to adapt to future changes.

During the orientation ceremony, trainees were welcomed and introduced to organizational and training aspects as well as the services provided, marking the start of their journey in the advanced diploma programs.
