King Salman Humanitarian Center repatriates 154 Somali refugees from Yemen

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center has repatriated 154 Somali refugees from Yemen to their home country via Aden International Airport, in cooperation with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), as part of a humanitarian protection and assistance project supporting refugees and those affected by conflict.

Armen Yedgarian, the UNHCR representative in Yemen, expressed his appreciation to the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center for its efforts in facilitating and securing the voluntary return of refugees to Somalia.

This initiative is part of a series of relief and humanitarian projects carried out by the center in Yemen, reflecting Saudi Arabia’s ongoing humanitarian role through the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center in supporting affected communities.
