Political analyst: Houthis are a terrorist group with no credibility

Political analyst Sami Al-Murshid said, "The Houthi militia is a terrorist group with no credibility or commitment to agreements, driven by Iran and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps."

Al-Murshid added, during an interview with Al-Ekhbariya TV, that "the Houthis have managed to infiltrate the Red Sea coast and reach the strait, and they openly declare their intention to harm Saudi Arabia because of the Kingdom's support for the Yemeni people and the legitimate government."

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs had earlier expressed Saudi Arabia's condemnation and denunciation of the launch of a hostile drone by the Houthi terrorist militia toward the city of Makkah on Tuesday, 4 Rabi Al-Akhir 1448 AH, corresponding to September 15, 2026.
