Saudi, South Korean foreign ministers discuss boosting bilateral ties

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan met with South Korean Foreign Minister Cho Hyun in New York today.

The meeting took place on the sidelines of the high-level week of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.

During the talks, the two sides reviewed bilateral cooperation between Saudi Arabia and South Korea and discussed ways to enhance and develop it across various fields.

They also addressed recent developments in the region, as well as a number of issues of mutual interest.

The meeting was attended by Mohammed Al-Yahya, adviser to the foreign minister.
