Digital services launched to ease visits to Prophet’s Mosque

The General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques has announced the launch of a range of digital services on its website, designed to help visitors plan ahead and make the most of their visit to the Prophet’s Mosque.

The authority’s website, alharamain.gov.sa, offers several interactive tools, including a digital map of the Prophet’s Mosque, real-time updates on crowd density along the route to greet the Prophet, information about the children’s hospitality center, the Haramain Minaret platform, a prayer guide, updates on prayer area occupancy, and a dedicated visit portal.

According to the authority, these services aim to enhance the visitor experience by providing essential information before and during their visit, enabling worshippers to perform their rituals with greater ease and peace of mind.
