Innovative projects enhance visitor experience at Prophet’s Mosque

The General Authority for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has introduced an integrated system of innovative projects, specialized services, and creative solutions at the Prophet’s Mosque. These initiatives aim to facilitate the journey of visitors, enhance their experience, and provide the highest levels of care and comfort for pilgrims, reflecting Saudi Arabia’s commitment to serving those visiting the Two Holy Mosques.

The system includes specialized projects and services designed to improve the experience of the elderly and people with disabilities, by upgrading facilities and offering services that make it easier to move around and access various areas within the courtyards of the Prophet’s Mosque. This supports visitor independence and helps them perform their rituals with ease.

The initiatives also feature comprehensive service centers, which provide visitors with a package of integrated services and guidance, offering information and support throughout their visit. This contributes to meeting their needs efficiently and improving the quality of services provided.

Among the key projects is the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Translation Project, which delivers mosque content in multiple languages through various channels. This enables visitors from different nationalities to access guidance and educational content in their own languages, further enhancing their experience.

A dedicated children’s nursery offers a safe and well-equipped environment, allowing families to perform their worship with greater peace of mind, as part of a comprehensive range of services tailored to the needs of all visitor groups.
