Tawakkalna has expanded its digital efforts to integrate services that impact the daily lives of more than 36 million citizens, residents, and visitors in Saudi Arabia. By consolidating these services into a single platform, the app aims to simplify access and reduce the time and effort needed to find them—a move described as the first of its kind in the region at this scale, with a direct impact on quality of life.

The application brings together a wide range of services needed by users across health, employment, commerce, justice, housing, transportation, and telecommunications, serving as a trusted national digital gateway for completing and tracking transactions with both government and private sector entities.

Health and justice services

In the health sector, Tawakkalna enables users to check their health insurance status and submit complaints to the Council of Health Insurance. It also allows users to access their unified health number from the National Center for Health Information, making it easier to obtain health information and track related services.

The app also offers a range of justice services related to users' rights and financial obligations, including will documentation, debt acknowledgment, debt settlement confirmation, and debt waiver acknowledgment, all provided by the Ministry of Justice.

The platform further includes services from the Social Development Bank and the General Organization for Social Insurance, as well as freelance support services for delivery workers provided by the Human Resources Development Fund.

Commercial transaction verification

In the commercial sector, Tawakkalna provides access to business registration inquiries from the Ministry of Commerce, verification of trusted online stores through the Saudi Business Center, and electronic invoice validation from the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority.

These services enable users to verify information related to businesses, establishments, stores, and invoices before engaging in transactions, helping them make more informed purchasing and service decisions.

Transport, housing, and national address

For transportation, the app allows users to check the status of periodic vehicle inspections and book technical inspection appointments with the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization.

It also offers the "Darb" service from the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, which provides train and bus route maps and trip planning, along with services from the General Authority of Civil Aviation and the General Authority for Roads.

The platform extends to national address services from Saudi Post (SPL), and services from the General Real Estate Authority, such as verifying initial real estate registration and inquiring about purchased assets through the Center for Orders and Liquidation (Infath).

Tawakkalna also includes services for urban landscape improvement from the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, a guide to parking violations in Riyadh, and parking services from the Riyadh Municipality.

Telecommunications and digital services

In telecommunications, Tawakkalna allows users to view numbers registered in their name through the "Arqami" service, check coverage maps, and access complaint and escalation services provided by the Communications, Space and Technology Commission.

The app also includes the digital reporting service of the Digital Government Authority, service center evaluation for government agencies from the National Center for Performance Measurement (Adaa), and services from the General Commission for Audiovisual Media.
