Haramain authority honored at LEAP 26 for digital transformation

The General Authority for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque received a special honor during its participation at the LEAP 26 conference, in recognition of its efforts in digital transformation and the complete integration of its electronic services into the Tawakkalna app.

The authority stated that the award reflects the advanced level of technological integration achieved in the services provided to visitors of the Two Holy Mosques, following significant progress in adopting digital solutions and developing electronic services.

It added that merging its electronic services with the Tawakkalna app has unified access channels for digital services, making the user experience easier and more seamless, while also improving efficiency and speeding up service delivery.

This approach, the authority noted, also strengthens cooperation between relevant government entities and platforms, creating an integrated digital system that meets the needs of visitors to the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque.
