The General Directorate of Traffic has announced the results of its field campaign targeting violating motorcycles, conducted from Sunday, July 12, 2026, to Saturday, July 18, 2026. Authorities seized 9,254 violating motorcycles across various regions and governorates of the Kingdom.

According to a statement on the X platform, the Traffic Department reported 4,523 violations in the Riyadh region. In the Holy Capital, 222 violations were recorded, while in the Madinah region, 471 violating motorcycles were seized.

The statement added that 407 violations were detected in the Eastern Province, 109 violating motorcycles in Asir, 46 violations in Tabuk, 57 violating motorcycles in Hail, 115 violating motorcycles in Qassim, and 131 violating motorcycles in Jazan.

Additionally, 142 violating motorcycles were seized in Najran, 2,803 violating motorcycles in Jeddah, 197 violating motorcycles in Taif, and 8 violating motorcycles in Qurayyat.
