National Institute for Professional Development graduates new cohorts of Leadership Ambassadors program

The National Institute for Professional Educational Development has concluded the seventh and eighth cohorts of its "Leadership Ambassadors" program in Riyadh on September 11, 2026 (29 Rabi Al-Awwal 1448 AH), with the participation of 59 professionals in the field of educational leadership development.

The program aims to build a cadre of national experts in educational leadership development, in partnership with University College London (UCL). It offers a blend of professional knowledge, practical application, and hands-on experience, enabling participants to transfer expertise to educational environments across the Kingdom.

With the completion of these two cohorts, the total number of professionals trained by the program has reached 216, forming a nationwide network of qualified individuals who support educational leaders and expand effective professional practices throughout all regions of Saudi Arabia.

The "Leadership Ambassadors" program reflects the institute’s commitment to preparing practitioners capable of transferring knowledge and expertise, creating a sustainable professional impact, and enhancing the quality of professional development for educational leaders in the Kingdom.

The program is part of broader national efforts to invest in people and develop human capabilities, supporting the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to raise the efficiency of educational leadership and foster human resource development.
