Nazaha chief discusses anti-corruption cooperation with EU justice official in Vienna

Mazeen bin Ibrahim Al-Kahmous, President of the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha), met with Michael Schmid, head of the European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust), at the United Nations headquarters in Vienna.

During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance joint cooperation to support international efforts in combating corruption and investigating serious cross-border corruption-related crimes, as well as a number of topics of mutual interest.

Both sides reviewed the key measures taken by Nazaha to protect integrity, promote transparency, and fight corruption, in addition to the agency's efforts in investigating cross-border corruption crimes in Europe and beyond.
