In the sports and entertainment sector, the opportunities include the renovation, operation, and maintenance of a football field in Al-Jafja on an area of approximately 3,740 square meters, and the construction, renovation, operation, and maintenance of a kiosk next to Al-Habayah Park on a 15-square-meter site.

The offering also extends to the service and industrial sectors with a project for the construction, renovation, operation, and maintenance of workshops, scrapyards, and car showrooms in the Al-Abayah industrial area, covering more than 103,700 square meters, as well as an opportunity to establish, renovate, activate, and maintain a drive-through ATM in Habouna on a 12-square-meter site.

The Habouna Municipality has set August 20, 2026, as the final deadline for the kiosk and football field opportunities, while September 21, 2026, is the closing date for the remaining investment opportunities.

The municipality has invited investors and entrepreneurs interested in competing to review the details of the investment opportunities, purchase the terms and specifications documents, and submit their bids electronically via the 'Furas' app or the portal’s website.
