Najran Municipality announces eight new investment opportunities in Habouna

Najran Municipality, represented by the Habouna Governorate Municipality, has announced eight diverse investment opportunities in a public tender through the 'Furas' municipal investment portal, as part of its efforts to strengthen partnerships with the private sector and support economic and service development in the region.

The opportunities include projects in commercial, residential, entertainment, sports, service, industrial, and financial sectors. Among them are the construction, renovation, operation, and maintenance of a commercial and residential complex in Al-Manshar on a 5,594-square-meter site, as well as the development, renovation, operation, and maintenance of commercial shops in Habouna covering 1,650 square meters.

The investment package also features the construction, renovation, operation, and maintenance of multiple commercial markets at the eastern entrance of Habouna on an area exceeding 10,724 square meters, in addition to the development, renovation, operation, and maintenance of a women’s wedding hall in Al-Manshar on a 5,195-square-meter plot.

In the sports and entertainment sector, the opportunities include the renovation, operation, and maintenance of a football field in Al-Jafja on an area of approximately 3,740 square meters, and the construction, renovation, operation, and maintenance of a kiosk next to Al-Habayah Park on a 15-square-meter site.

The offering also extends to the service and industrial sectors with a project for the construction, renovation, operation, and maintenance of workshops, scrapyards, and car showrooms in the Al-Abayah industrial area, covering more than 103,700 square meters, as well as an opportunity to establish, renovate, activate, and maintain a drive-through ATM in Habouna on a 12-square-meter site.

The Habouna Municipality has set August 20, 2026, as the final deadline for the kiosk and football field opportunities, while September 21, 2026, is the closing date for the remaining investment opportunities.

The municipality has invited investors and entrepreneurs interested in competing to review the details of the investment opportunities, purchase the terms and specifications documents, and submit their bids electronically via the 'Furas' app or the portal’s website.
