Traffic authority to launch online license plate auction Wednesday via Absher

Saudi Arabia’s General Directorate of Traffic will, on Wednesday, allow those interested in acquiring special license plates to participate in an online auction via the Absher platform. The service enables users to bid on available plates and select the type of vehicle plate before entering the auction.

To take part, users must log in to the Absher platform, select "My Services," click on "Traffic," and then access the "Electronic License Plate Auction" service.

Once in the auction section, participants can choose the type of license plate they wish to acquire, after which the available plates for electronic bidding will be displayed.
