Seventy percent of Saudi scholarship students enrolled at top 50 global universities

Education Minister Yousef Al-Benyan said that 70% of Saudi scholarship students are studying at the world’s top 50 universities.

Speaking at a government press conference, Al-Benyan added that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Scholarship Program has set its target for students to attend the top 200 universities worldwide.

He noted that this achievement highlights the global competitiveness of Saudi youth, and that the ministry has not only sent students abroad but also attracted leading international universities to the Kingdom, with three such institutions already established.

The minister also stated that more than 45,000 students have enrolled in specialized schools supporting gifted students.
