Civil Affairs launches four new e-services on Absher at LEAP 2026

Major General Dr. Saleh bin Saad Al-Murabba, supervisor of the Civil Affairs Agency at the Ministry of Interior, today inaugurated four new electronic services on the Ministry’s Absher platform. The launch took place during the LEAP 2026 conference and exhibition, held at Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Mulham, with the attendance of Assistant Minister of Interior for Technology Affairs, Engineer Thamer bin Mohammed Al-Harbi.

The new services include updating the photo on the national ID card, issuing an unregistered birth certificate electronically, requesting delivery of a death certificate for residents, and requesting a replacement death certificate for residents in case of loss or damage.

These new services are part of the Ministry of Interior’s ongoing digital transformation efforts to provide smart solutions for citizens and residents, save time and effort, and enhance the quality of civil affairs services.
