Najran launches 15 investment opportunities via Foras platform

Najran Municipality, represented by the Bir Askar Municipal Center, has announced the launch of 15 investment opportunities through the municipal investment platform Foras. These opportunities are distributed across various locations and sectors within the center. The municipality has set October 6 as the deadline for purchasing tender documents and submitting bids.

The available opportunities cover projects in the hotel, tourism, residential, commercial, sports, entertainment, healthcare, industrial, and service sectors. This initiative is part of Najran Municipality’s efforts to strengthen partnerships with the private sector and support tourism and service development in the region.

In the hotel and tourism sector, the package includes two projects for the construction, operation, and maintenance of hotels on plots of 7,200 square meters and 4,000 square meters, as well as a project to establish and operate a tourist camp resort on a 10,000-square-meter site.

Other opportunities include the development, operation, and maintenance of a residential complex dedicated to chalets, covering approximately 30,000 square meters.

For residential and commercial activities, the municipality is offering opportunities to construct and operate mixed-use residential and commercial buildings, including a site in the Akifah district exceeding 5,000 square meters and another site of 3,000 square meters.

The package also features a project to build a multi-use facility on a 1,728-square-meter plot, as well as the operation and maintenance of an existing service building in Akifah district, with an area of more than 1,600 square meters.

Investment opportunities also extend to the sports and entertainment sector, including the operation and maintenance of a sports field covering nearly 9,000 square meters, the operation and maintenance of the Prince Jalawi Park rest area on a site exceeding 1,100 square meters, and the development and investment of another rest area on a 4,000-square-meter plot.

In the healthcare sector, the opportunities include a project to establish, operate, and maintain a fully integrated medical clinic on a 4,200-square-meter site.

The package also includes projects in the industrial and service sectors for the construction and operation of three industrial workshops of varying sizes.

Bir Askar Municipal Center has invited investors and entrepreneurs interested in participating to review the investment details through the Foras application and submit their proposals directly at the Bir Askar Municipal Center before the deadline.
