Nusuk Inayah centers offer round-the-clock services for pilgrims
Nusuk Inayah centers serve as the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah’s field interface, providing comprehensive guidance and support to pilgrims across key holy sites.
Key Takeaways
AINusuk Inayah centers serve as the field interface for the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, delivering direct services to pilgrims through an integrated system. These include guidance for lost individuals, responding to inquiries, handling complaints and missing persons reports, and support for the Nusuk and Tawakkalna apps, all aimed at enriching the experience of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims and advancing the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Pilgrim Experience Program.
The ministry explained that Nusuk Inayah centers are located in Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah, and the holy sites during the Hajj season, as well as in other areas with high concentrations of pilgrims. The centers operate around the clock, staffed by qualified Saudi personnel who speak multiple languages, including sign language. They work in coordination with government agencies, the private sector, and non-profit organizations to enhance service quality and ensure rapid response to beneficiaries' needs.
The ministry added that the centers provide a wide range of services for both individuals and businesses. For individuals, services include guidance, answering questions, receiving complaints, handling missing persons cases, and assisting users with the Nusuk and Tawakkalna apps, as well as offering enrichment services. For businesses, the centers at the ministry headquarters handle the accreditation of accommodation service providers and respond to their inquiries, supporting integration across the pilgrim service ecosystem.
According to the ministry, during the 1447 AH Hajj season, Nusuk Inayah centers delivered over 600,000 services through 41 centers. This included more than 297,000 enrichment services, over 193,000 guidance services, more than 53,000 inquiry responses, over 34,000 services related to the Nusuk app, and more than 5,000 health services. Additionally, 281 business sector services were provided, reflecting the diversity of offerings to meet pilgrims' needs throughout their journey.
During the 1447 AH Hajj season, the centers also implemented several development initiatives, including staff training, enhancement of the unified guidance system, operational readiness improvements, expanded cooperation with partner organizations, and health awareness programs, all aimed at boosting performance and service quality for pilgrims.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah affirmed that Nusuk Inayah centers continue to develop their services and operational readiness by training staff, expanding partnerships, and advancing digital systems and services. These efforts are designed to further improve service quality and enhance the pilgrim experience from arrival in the Kingdom to departure.
