Comprehensive services for Umrah pilgrims ensure comfort, expert says

Abdullah Al-Zahrani, a specialist in Hajj and Umrah, said that a comprehensive system of services is provided to Umrah pilgrims, noting strong competition among service providers, particularly in catering and hotels.

Speaking in an interview with Al Ekhbariya TV, he added that this system covers everything from transportation to medical insurance, all aimed at ensuring the highest levels of comfort for pilgrims.

Meanwhile, Minister of Hajj and Umrah Tawfiq Al-Rabiah recently launched the fourth edition of the Umrah and Visit Forum, attended by sector officials, Umrah companies, and service providers. The forum continues to serve as an international platform bringing together system partners under the leadership’s support for serving pilgrims.
